The movements which I make for the daily standard of living are often so burdened for the muscles there is no space left too do something extra. Must there for any reason more physical effort be done, the effect is that I need more time for recuperation. When that do happen I can't do nothing anymore. I have learned to use the proportion "work - rest" consequently. Anyway, sometimes it goes wrong and I must pay for it, whit feelings of "burn down". By the moment is the rest period longer than the work period and I notice that the movements "work" decreases. I must select very well what to do daily for the universal lassitude to avoid as many as possible.
